Bali, 6:17 AM — You wake up, and the first thing that reaches you isn’t sight, it’s smell: warm bamboo, wet jungle, and something sweet and alive — plumeria that opened overnight right at the edge of the terrace.
White linen. Morning air so clean it rings like cut crystal. Beyond the canopy the sky floods peach, and the first rays cut through the mist over the jungle — gold, almost solid, as if you could lift the light in your hands.
Beside you — an exotic beauty. Skin the colour of ripe cherries, glossy with the heat of the night. Hibiscus in her curls, gold yantras on her collarbone. You press your forehead to hers — eyes closed, one breath shared by two — and that single second of silence holds everything that makes being alive worth it.
Warm wind walks into the open bedroom, touches your skin, stirs the white canopy, and carries in the damp smell of earth after the short night rain in the jungle.
Past the terrace a waterfall runs. Its voice mixes with birdsong and the fine hum of a hummingbird holding still over a red flower. Dew turns every leaf into polished emerald while the sun slowly pushes the mist apart. An orange cat jumps onto the bed, drops between you, and purrs in the same tempo as the water and the wind.
In the woven crib — your child. Already awake: huge curious eyes tracking tropical butterflies, hands reaching for them. He doesn’t know the word “Eden” yet. He is simply inside it. Nearby floats a marble tub strewn with frangipani petals, white roses and bougainvillea.
She gets up. Bare feet on the wooden floor, silk pareo sliding along her hip. A minute later you hear the hand grinder. The smell of fresh beans and chili folds into bamboo and jungle. She brings you a ceramic cup — warm weight in your palms — and sits down beside you. Your legs hang off the terrace; in front of you, endless green, the waterfall, and a sky that has gone from peach to turquoise.
And something happens inside you that no language has an exact word for. Quieter than happiness, deeper than pleasure: your soul finally matches the size of what your eyes are seeing. Nothing needs to be added. The body is loose down to the last cell, the mind is transparent, the heart is open like this villa without walls. Absolute safety. Absolute beauty. Absolute presence.
Happiness is simple. You know exactly what it looks like. You just saw it behind closed eyes.
So why aren’t you there?

LIVE PROTOCOL LAB
$045 minutes · online
See the system in action
A 45-minute live session: assembling training, nutrition and recovery into one daily protocol that fits inside a real life.
How to find your minimum training dose
How to connect the three parts into one daily loop
A complete multimedia system: 8 core modules with HD video protocols, anatomical illustrations, studio training soundtracks, and 2 practical appendices.
Open module 05, pick three exercises, set a timer for 9:30. Cook one recipe from module 06 with dosing for your body weight. In the evening run the simplest recovery protocol. All of it today, with zero friction.
The body is not the final destination. It is the hardware your Eden runs on.
Perception, physiology, environment and action are four multipliers. Zero out any one of them and the product goes to zero with it. We start with physiology because it is the only multiplier you can raise in ten minutes a day.
Section 03
The Eden Equation
What if Eden is right now? What if you already won — you landed here — and instead of tasting the life you got stuck in stress and routine? Every element of a beautiful life already exists. You just have to assemble them.
Eden = Perception × Physiology × Environment × Action
When a sunset actually stuns you, when music raises the hair on your arms, when a woman’s touch resets your nervous system, and a mangosteen becomes an event instead of a calorie.
Section 04 · Biological clock
The Clock of Biological Decay
Your life is a graph. The Y axis is vividness — raw sensory bandwidth. The X axis is time. The task is to maximise the area under the curve while the body is still young.
Vividness of Life × Time
Biological Decay Rejuvenation & AI Bridge
70%Perception of Life's Magic
Your capacity to receive a vivid life is not infinite. Young, the body rebuilds faster, the eyes resolve more colour, smell and taste run hotter, you can sprint to the top of a mountain and still take a beautiful twenty-year-old out that night. With age the bandwidth narrows. Every grey year is not “I’ll make up for it later”. It is area under the curve, gone for good.
Attention & Deep ConnectionDoomscrolling, fried dopamine receptors, and swipe culture: people are losing the ability to deeply listen, feel, and build devoted bonds.
Vitality & Physical HealthThe obesity epidemic, tanked testosterone, birth control overuse, and sedentary routines drain masculine and feminine vitality by age 25.
Vanishing Magic of NatureFireflies in forests and vibrant coral reefs are going extinct: our generation might be the last to witness these wonders live. Biodiversity is in freefall.
Night Sky & Pure SilenceMetropolis glare and light smog have stolen the Milky Way, pristine ocean silence, and humanity’s fundamental connection to the cosmos.
Section 05
The Matrix vs Eden
Your subconscious and your default state keep running a losing script. Metacognition inserts a pause between stimulus and response — the only exit into new results and new sensations.

Waking up
An alarm rips you out of sleep
A kiss, sun, birds, fresh tropical wind

Money ≠ Eden
A millionaire in a grey Manhattan penthouse
Concrete, city noise, workouts in a basement. Artificial light, endless stress. When you have plenty of money and zero contact with nature, all you get is expensive busyness. Capital, yes. The feeling of being alive, no.
A guy in an open-air gym in Bali
Jungle, frangipani, gold light on tanned skin. You wake up next to a woman whose body and tenderness still give you chills. Mangosteens for breakfast, the ocean five minutes away, dense living energy. Less capital — far more of the actual juice of reality.
A beautiful life is not a number in a bank account. It is a function of choice, taste, awareness, and bold action.

About me
Bali · 2026
Maxim Lagoshin
Writer, expert in human biohacking, and creator of Create Paradise Now. I assemble an operating system for an extraordinary life from first principles — Peak Life Engineering.
My field lab is the clean signal of Bali: body, intimacy, capital, and freedom. The lever is nonlinear synthesis — combining frontier AI as a research exocortex with first-hand cheat codes from ultra-wealthy founders and elite athletes.
All social frames are invented. Most people spend decades optimizing the irrelevant — simmering in tight habits and losing the one thing that matters: the raw density and juice of reality.
I cut through the noise with first-principles analysis: fusing fundamental biology, top-0.01% masters’ experience, and frontier AI into clean cheat codes for peak energy, freedom, and sovereignty.
My Substack Publications
Why “harder” rarely means better. Deep essays on biological leverage, escaping the fitness grind matrix, and engineering a beautiful life without burnout. Raw research before it turns into courses.
One operating system. Three scales of application.
The book about the body is an entry point, not the whole brand. Below are the three levels where the same principle of minimum effective effort applies.

Body & Energy
Physiology as the load-bearing structure: compact training, nutrition, recovery and biological amplifiers.
Where do I start if I know nothing about the system?
With the free live session. In 45 minutes you see the whole mechanism and assemble a first version of the protocol — no payment, no commitment. If you then want the complete system, the $17 book is waiting.
Is ten minutes a day really enough?
The system is designed around a 10-minute daily practice: one minute of warm-up, three 2:30 rounds, one minute of stretching. The logic sits in repeatability, not intensity.
Do I need a gym or equipment?
No. The exercise catalogue is built around body weight, the floor, a chair and a bed. Appendix B lists a portable kit for adding resistance while travelling.
How is the book different from the €75 audit?
The book is the entire system, implemented by you. The audit is where we take your actual schedule, limitations and kitchen and assemble the protocol around them.
Once more, briefly: where to start
Three doors, one destination. Choose by the amount of guidance you need today.
