Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full 100% refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions, no conditions, no need to explain why.

2. How to request a refund

Use either channel:

• Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout (an order number helps but is not required); or
• Contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, directly at paddle.net or [email protected].

3. Processing time

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once approved, they are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit on your statement.

4. No subscriptions, no hidden charges

The 10-Minute Body Protocol is a one-time payment of $17.00 USD. There are no hidden subscriptions and no recurring payments. There is nothing to cancel: you will never be charged again unless you choose to make a new purchase.

5. Statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
