Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.

3. Products

All products are 100% digital and delivered instantly online after successful payment. There is no physical shipping. Products currently include:

4. Price and payment

The 10-Minute Body Protocol costs $17.00 USD as a one-time payment. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Depending on your location, Paddle may add applicable taxes at checkout; the final amount is shown before you confirm payment.

5. Refunds

6. Licence and acceptable use

On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or republish the content, or share your access credentials. All content remains the intellectual property of Create Paradise Now.

7. Health disclaimer

The programme provides general fitness and wellbeing education and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. You exercise at your own risk and should stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
