Sovereign Intelligence · Due Diligence · Remediation

Sovereign Corporate Intelligence, Due Diligence & Technical Asset Remediation

Deep due diligence on partners, real estate and M&A transactions in 48–72 hours. We surface what brokers and auditors stay silent about — and then we fix what we find.

We don't just identify risk — we remediate it. Hidden encumbrances, offshore nominee traps and competitor leaks get documented; email infrastructure debt and exposed assets get patched; counterparty contract terms get hardened together with your counsel. Capital from $1,000,000 to $20,000,000 — lawful methods and public sources only.

Beyond passive audit

We don't stop at the finding

An audit that ends in a PDF leaves the risk where it was. ARGUS closes the loop: every finding gets an owner, a fix and a proof that the fix holds.

01

Detect

Registers, courts, cadastre, DNS and archives — each finding tied to a primary source and a date.

02

Patch

We fix what is technical (email authentication, domain and exposure debt) and draft what is contractual for your counsel to sign off.

03

Verify

Before/after evidence: DNS lookups, DMARC reports, re-scans. You see that the fix holds — not just that it was promised.

Typical case · 48 hours: a B2B sender domain with a blank website, a brand domain that cannot receive mail, DMARC with no reporting. Fixed with DNS changes only — outreach never stopped, and the client could see every rejected message for the first time.

Process

From NDA to fixed

We start from your question, not from searching for its own sake: which decision are you making, and what could derail it?

HOUR 0

NDA and briefing

We sign the NDA and fix the objective, targets and jurisdictions. 20 minutes.

HOUR 1–24

Collection

Agents work through registers, courts, cadastre, archives and press — every item with source and date.

HOUR 24–60

Analysis

An analyst reconciles contradictions, builds the relationship graph and separates facts from assumptions.

HOUR 48–72

Report and call

PDF report with a risk map and a 30-minute debrief: what it means for your deal.

PACKAGE 03

Remediation

Technical fixes executed, contractual fixes drafted for counsel, and before/after proof delivered.

Deal configurator

Confidential request

Build your brief in a few clicks — it opens in WhatsApp or prefills the call booking, in the language you choose. Names, companies and deal details only after the NDA.

Audit brief

No names or company names — only the outline of the task.

NDA before the first word

We sign the NDA before you name the target. Materials are stored encrypted and deleted after delivery unless you ask otherwise.

Payment protection

Packages 01–02 can be paid through Contra escrow: funds reach us only after the report is delivered. For tickets from $5,500 an independent escrow agent, including in Delaware, is possible — agreed on the call.

Contra Escrow

Start times

Pre-deal work starts within 24 hours of NDA and payment. If the deal closes sooner, say so in the brief — we prioritise the riskiest items.

Questions

The essentials

How is this different from a financial audit?
An auditor checks the numbers they are given. We check what surrounds the numbers: who really owns it, what the registers and courts say, whether the asset exists on the imagery. The two reports complement each other.
What does "remediation" actually cover?
Technical debt on assets you own and authorise: email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), MX and sender domains, public exposure of your company data. Contractual findings become clause drafts for your counsel. We never act on third-party systems.
Can the report be used in court?
The report is an analytical opinion with a source for every fact. Your lawyers can request certified extracts from those sources and use them as evidence. The opinion itself does not replace an expert examination.
What if nothing turns up?
A clean report is a result too: you enter the deal with confirmation on every checklist item and a list of what open sources cannot verify.
Do you work on private individuals?
Only in their business role — as director, beneficial owner, seller or deal partner. We do not take checks into private life, family or domestic matters.
