Core axiom
Editorial composite

Volume negates luck. Price to value, never to cost. Make people an offer so good they feel stupid saying no.

01 / Offer physics

Increase the wanted outcome and the reason to believe. Reduce waiting and friction. The asymptote is an idea; a product still has constraints.

02 / Distribution

Choose a primary channel. Repeat the work. Measure replies, buyers and contribution before increasing the input.

03 / Business sovereignty

Cash generation buys optionality. Bootstrap when it fits the business; VC equity is not debt, and capital structure is a choice.

01 / The Value Equation Engine

Destroy the denominator.

The same outcome feels more valuable when it arrives sooner and asks less. Move one variable. Watch the trade-off become visible.

The curve is a model of perception.

Explore conversion velocity · optional scenario
V = O × L / [T(d) × E(e)]   ·   C = V / V₀
T(d) = 1 + 9 ln(1 + d) / ln(366)   ·   E(e) = 1 + 0.9e
Model contract & geometry

Days map to a 1–10 delay factor. Effort maps to a 1–10 friction factor. Floors of 1 prevent division by zero; “immediate” never prints infinite value. These are CPN interface choices, not coefficients supplied by Hormozi.

The curve uses a fixed log(1 + C) vertical scale. The optional conversion scenario uses logit(p) = logit(p₀) + β ln(C), with velocity λ = visits × p. Sales also depend on price, competition and delivery.

02 / Grand Slam Offer Stacker

A bonus earns its place by solving a buying or execution problem. A guarantee earns its place when you can afford to honour it.

    The 10-Minute Body

A repeatable 9:30 practice for men with limited time. $17 once.

      S = outcome₂₀ + proof₂₀ + first-win₁₅ + friction₁₀ + stack₁₀ + economics₁₀ + guarantee-fit₁₅ − penalties
Evidence and viability gates override cosmetic completeness.
      Weights, caps & guarantee interpretation

This is an explicit CPN design rubric, not a Hormozi score or a validated sales model. Missing outcome caps the score at 49; missing evidence at 69; unverified economics at 79; unverified guarantee fit at 84. Unverified active scarcity or urgency subtracts 20 and caps at 69.

All four guarantee structures can earn the same 15 points if their fit is verified. Implied means compensation tied to performance or revenue share—not an unwritten refund. The selector edits this worksheet only. The supplied course advertises a 30-day unconditional refund.

      03 / Rule of 100 Lead Velocity

      Replace hope with a sample.

100 inputs. A chosen channel. 100 days. Volume reduces relative noise when quality holds. It also scales losses when the economics do not.

      Adjust economics & correlated failure

ρ models shared failure: an unconvincing offer, deliverability or one channel shock. With ρ > 0 the independence formula for zero sales is hidden except for deterministic or single-trial cases. Pairwise correlation alone does not identify that probability.

Contribution subtracts expected refunds, entered variable costs, daily campaign costs and ad spend. It is not net profit; taxes, fixed overhead and any unentered labour or fees remain outside it.

      E[S] = Np   ·   Var(S) = Np(1−p)[1+(N−1)ρ]
      CV = √Var(S) / E[S]   ·   P(S=0) = (1−p)ᴺ only when ρ = 0 and trials are independent
      Channel units, accumulation & uncertainty

Cold and warm inputs become opportunities through a delivered, unique-contact fraction. Paid dollars become qualified unique visits through their cost per visit. The $100/day paid setting is a CPN budget scenario, not a universal Hormozi rule.

Organic: Aₜ = δAₜ₋₁ + minutes × new-visits-per-minute. Aₜ is the day's traffic; δ is retained traffic from prior assets. δ=0 removes carryover. δ<1 produces a plateau in daily traffic; it is not automatic exponential growth. All channels are capped by the stated unique pool.

Sales lag postpones when opportunities can convert. The envelope uses μ ± √(5 × variance), clipped to [0,N] and rounded outward: a conservative, at-least-80% pointwise Chebyshev bound if the specified moments hold. It is not an 80% simultaneous band or an empirical confidence interval.

At ρ=0, absolute count variance increases with N, while relative noise falls as 1/√N. At positive ρ the relative-noise floor is √[ρ(1−p)/p]. Volume does not fix a zero conversion rate, correlated failure or a negative margin.

      04 / The 4 × 4 Axiom Grid

      Four lenses.
      Sixteen decisions.

Each module has four layers: principle, mechanism, action and evidence. The grid turns doctrine into an operating decision.

      Cell 01

      Pricing
      asymmetry.

      01 / Principle
Anchor price in a valuable customer problem. Cost still determines whether the business survives.
      02 / Mechanism
Price can signal quality and filter for commitment. Better support can improve outcomes. Price alone does not cause compliance.
      03 / Action
Keep $17 as scalable access. Reserve personal judgement and limited capacity for the $75 audit.
      04 / Evidence
Compare contribution per qualified visitor, activation and refunds across price cohorts. Count selection effects.
      Cell 02

      Denominator
      destruction.

      01 / Principle
Every avoidable step between desire and useful progress is a design problem.
      02 / Mechanism
Fast access reduces waiting. A timer and a clear first action reduce decisions. Physiological adaptation retains its own timescale.
      03 / Action
Land directly in the first lesson. Give one setup instruction, a movement demonstration and a visible completion.
      04 / Evidence
Track time to first session, day-one activation, week-one adherence and support requests per buyer.
      Cell 03

      The unmonetized
      audience moat.

      01 / Principle
Useful public education can create trust before a sales conversation begins.
      02 / Mechanism
Demonstrated competence attracts buyers, collaborators and operators. Enterprise deal flow is a possible downstream asset.
      03 / Action
Publish one useful demonstration. Offer a free Live Lab, the $17 system, then a relevant audit or B2B conversation.
      04 / Evidence
Count qualified inbound, buyer cohorts, audit demand and contribution. Followers alone do not establish a moat.
      Cell 04

      The 100-year
      frame.

      01 / Principle
Build assets with a long horizon and execute today's reversible decision quickly.
      02 / Mechanism
Reputation, reusable intellectual property and relationships accumulate. Avoiding embarrassment can quietly prevent action.
      03 / Action
CPN reflection: what would your older self regret not testing? Run that small experiment without betting the whole business.
      04 / Evidence
Measure retained customers, reusable assets and experiments shipped. The deathbed exercise is a CPN interpretation.

      05 / Sovereign Translation

      Sell the repeatable
      practice.

      The 10-Minute Body.
A 9:30 session. A system you can return to. $17 once.

The leverage is a shorter, clearer path from intention to action. Timed practice, movement guidance and portable tools make starting concrete.

The supplied offer includes a 30-day unconditional refund. A $75 private audit is the next step for individual implementation.

      Dream outcome

A stronger, leaner, more capable body that fits a busy life. The 9–11% body-fat target is an aspiration in the brief, not a universal outcome or guarantee.

      Perceived likelihood

Show the actual routine, its progression and the evidence relevant to the claim. Separate a credible cellular mechanism from proof of this exact programme.

      Time delay

Immediate access. A first completed session today. Changes in body composition require repeated practice and time; 9:30 is session duration.

      Effort & sacrifice

Less travel and setup. Fewer choices. Physical effort remains, and exercise cannot honestly promise zero injury risk.

Evidence boundary. GLUT4 is a glucose transporter, not a receptor. Human studies show exercise-related GLUT4 translocation, including a study of 30 minutes of cycling. That supports a mechanism; it does not validate the exact 9:30 MEE dose, superiority over other training or a guaranteed body-fat percentage. Read the human study ↗
